The equipment is a fully automatic electrode tab welding machine for square polymer Li-ion batteries production with sheet rolls of anode & cathode. It includes automatic dust remover, automatic tab welding , automatic detection of the distance from the separator to the tab edge, the stick of the tab protection tape, on-line CCD detections of tab welding position and the position of protective tape, automatic reject NG products and so on.
该设备为生产方形聚合物锂电池的全自动极耳焊接机，进行卷状正负极耳的自动焊接。包括自动除粉尘、自动焊接极耳、自动检测隔离片到极耳边缘的距离、粘贴极耳保护胶带、CCD在线检测极耳焊接位置，检测保护胶带位置、坏品自动切除等功能。
